La demanda se rechazó porque los escritos de subsanación no dieron respuesta a lo solicitado en el auto de subsanación.
La Sala Plena constató que el recurso no satisfizo en requisito de oportunidad, toda vez que fue presentado de manera extemporánea.
Con base en lo anterior se RECHAZO la súplica deprecada.

- Primero. RECHAZAR el recurso de súplica interpuesto por el ciudadano Álvaro Carrera Carrera en contra del auto de 6 de mayo de 2025 que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad en contra del artículo 4 (parcial) de la Ley 1475 de 2011, "por la cual se adoptan reglas de organización y funcionamiento de los partidos y movimientos políticos, de los procesos electorales y se dictan otras disposiciones", por no satisfacer el requisito de oportunidad.
- Segundo. Contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
